If you’re an existing LiveGlam member, you can get this collection through our LiveGlam Shop starting Friday, November 13th at 10 am PST (11 am MST) for $19.99 (plus shipping + tax). There will be a limit of 5 orders per customer, and no codes will be valid. Remember to sign in to your account before you purchase to get our exclusive member pricing!

This collection will not automatically be included in your subscription and will not be available as a Trade option. You must purchase it separately on our Shop page. 

New LiveGlam members

If you’re not already a member of the Lippie Club, join by selecting “Subscribe & Save” on the Shop Collab page to get Leslie’s lippies as your first collection starting November 13th at 10 am PST. Did we mention that all new members will receive a free lippie with their first subscription?! 

Glammers living in the U.S. with monthly, bi-monthly, 6-month, or annual plans, you will receive free shipping! International Glammers pay shipping based on their club membership: Lippie Club is $3.99 per month.

FYI, if you Cancel before your first renewal, you will be charged a non-member fee of $7 since the exclusive member pricing is only for Glammers who are a part of our Lippie Club! Check out our FAQ page for more info!

If you’re not a member, you can also get Leslie’s collab through LiveGlam Shop starting November 13th at 10 am PST! However, the price goes up to $26.99 (plus shipping + tax at checkout) instead of the $19.99 member-exclusive price. There will be a limit of 5 orders per customer, and no codes will be valid.

What to expect on Launch Day

What is LiveGlam Lippie Club?

As a member of our LiveGlam Lippie Club, you’ll receive an exclusive collection of 3-4 full-sized lip products delivered straight to your door every month for just $19.99. Our formula is cruelty-free, vegan, flexible, hydrating, and smells delicious! You can also Trade, Skip, or Cancel your membership at any time through your LiveGlam Dashboard.

If you do sign up to our Lippie Club and receive a special collab (like this one!) as your first order, you will be subject to a $7 non-member fee if you choose to Cancel before your second payment. After your second payment, you may Cancel without a fee at any time. Don’t worry, we’ll always let you know before you pay, if you’re subject to this non-member fee.

When do I get my next collection if I subscribe?

If you subscribe to our Lippie Club. your next monthly collection will be shipped based on your sign up date. For example, If you sign up on November 13th, you will be billed and sent your next package on December 13th, and so on. The great news is that we’re as flexible as our lippie formula, so you can actually change your billing date through your LiveGlam Dashboard if your initial sign up date doesn’t work for you every month!

Wondering what collection you’ll be getting next? With our LiveGlam Lippie Club, we release a new collection on the 23rd of every month. So, if you join before November 22nd, your second collection will be for our December collection. If you join between November 23rd – December 22nd, your second collection will be for our January collection. 

How do I check my order details after purchasing?

Once you sign up for our Lippie Club or purchase this collection through our Shop page, you will receive an email confirmation. After your initial confirmation, you’ll receive follow-up emails and texts every step of the way, including your tracking and order details, until your package arrives at your door!

Didn’t get your order confirmation email or text? Don’t panic, that can happen from time to time! If you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to  support for further assistance. Also, be sure that you are subscribed to our email and text notifications to receive all updates!

How To Check Your LiveGlam Order Details

If subscribed to our Lippie Club:

1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > scroll to the Lippie Club section
2. Click “View Past orders” below the Latest Order section.
3. Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more info about your order – including the status, estimated shipping date, and tracking number once your lippies are sent!

If you purchased in Shop:

1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > scroll to the Shop section.
2. Click “View Past Orders” in the top right corner.
3. Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and tracking number once your lippies are sent!
