To find your order details, you’ll want to log into your Dashboard. We’re here to keep things contoured with all the info you need to know.
How do I find my order details?
- Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > “My Orders
- Click “View Order History” in the top right corner.
- Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and order number!
How to Change Your Billing Date
Your monthly products ship out according to your billing date, which you’re able to set yourself! Our main goal is to offer ease and flexibility with your subscription, so if you don’t want all of your bills due at the beginning of the month, this one doesn’t have to be! Here’s how to set your billing date:
- Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to Settings > “Billing/Shipping Date”
- Under “LiveGlam Club” or “Mystery Club” click “Change Billing Date”
- Pick a new date! It’s that easy!
Once your card has been charged and processed, we’ll ship your package approximately 2 business days after. We’ll send you an email every step of the way. Now, glow ahead and brush up on your Dashboard.
