I have a 6 month or annual membership plan. What happens if the payment to cover additional Reward Points needed for my Individual Trade doesn’t go through?
If your payment method fails when we try and process the extra payment required to cover your Individual Trade request, we will cancel your Trade request and process your order with the monthly collection.
