You will receive a shipment notification and tracking link as soon as your order is set for delivery. You can also find this information on your Dashboard under “My Orders”.
To view all details of your order, follow these steps:
- Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > “My Orders”
- Click “View Order History” in the top right corner.
- Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more details about your order, including the status, estimated shipping date, and order number!
How long does it take to get my order?
Get all orders in by Tuesday, November 29th, to receive all your goodies before Christmas! Please keep in mind that due to the holiday season, there may be processing AND shipping delays beyond our control… but it’s SO worth the wait! We typically ship all orders in true LiveGlam form, within 2 business days of your online purchase. Once they ship out, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can keep a close eye on them.
Domestic orders will take 4-6 days to process, and up to 10 business days depending on where you live and your local carrier. International orders take about 7-10 business days, and up to 20 business days depending on local carriers and customs. Once it’s in transit, we cannot control delivery times but are using expedited services!
Didn’t get your order confirmation email or text? Don’t panic, that can happen from time to time! If you have any inquiries, reach out to Customer Support for further assistance. Also, be sure that you are subscribed to our email and text notifications to receive all updates!
