These lippies will keep your makeup kit fresh and compliment any look! Our formula is both cruelty-free and vegan! More specifically, it’s paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic and phthalates-free, and we use a globally-compliant formula!
KissMe lippies are made in the USA and are super long-lasting, fast-drying, highly pigmented and smell delicious!
MorpheMe is the monthly brush subscription of your dreams! You will receive between 3 and 8 new Morphe brushes each month. Some months include more expensive brushes so there will be fewer of them. Other months include less expensive brushes so there will be more of them. But you will always get $30+ in Morphe brushes every single month! Trade, Skip, or cancel anytime.

If you’ve chosen 6-month or annual, you will be billed after 6 or 12 months respectively (your shipments will still come monthly for KissMe and MorpheMe and bi-monthly for ShadowMe!) You can update your next billing date and address at anytime on your dashboard when logged in. You can also Skip, Trade or Cancel anytime in the same place. You can Trade one or all of your lippies for some awesome alternatives, including other lippies, palettes and much more. If you don’t want to trade, you can skip a month/payment entirely (you’ll hang on to your Reward points you’ve been banking you just won’t collect new ones that month). By skipping, your membership will automatically continue the next month. The last option would be to cancel. You lose all your Reward points if you cancel, so make sure to cash them in if you decide to do so! *Please note: all these options must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After you join, you can check out our monthly look books and video tutorials by clicking the KissMe tab on your Dashboard. You'll get a dose of inspiration and amazing tips and tricks for applying these formulas!
Lots of perks come with being a KissMe member! Aside from your lip products, you’ll score 100 Reward points each month you’re an active member. You’ll also get your own referral link that you can share with your glam friends to get even more points when they join (plus, you'll each get a FREE lippie!) You can use those points to redeem makeup, lippies, and cash! Other member perks include an exclusive discount on all of our LiveGlam Shop products, and exclusive or early access to our launches, promos, and special collabs.
While our KM formula does not contain any known allergens, some people may experience sensitivity to certain pigments. We urge you to check our ingredients list before purchasing. If by chance an adverse reaction occurs, immediately discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor. Return the lippies to us by resealing the package, labeling it with "Return To Sender" and leaving it in your mailbox. When we receive it, we will issue a full refund.
KissMe lippies, just like most other liquid lipsticks and glosses, have a shelf life of 24 months unopened, and can last up to 12 months after opening depending on how the lippies are stored. We suggest the ideal temperature for storage is between 70 degrees to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

You earn Reward points simply by remaining an active KissMe member. Each month you’re a member, you earn 100 points. You can also earn additional Reward points by referring your friends to the club using the unique referral link you’ll get when you join. They’ll get a free bonus lippie and you’ll get 200 points when they sign up! Your payment will always process whatever month you were supposed to receive at the time of your failed payment. You can always check your upcoming order details, including which collection you’re set to receive, on your Dashboard. FYI- you have 11 days to clear payment before your subscription is cancelled!

We have a no refund policy except in special circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges/replacement on any damaged products and a handful of other concerns, if you report them within 30 days from the time of shipment. If there is a damaged product, please email a picture of the item and its original package/label (if still available) to support@liveglam.com.

Every other month, you’ll receive one palette of 9-10 shadows (unless you choose to trade or skip a palette!) Your palette will ship within 3-4 business days after your payment (and if you're a 6-month or annual member who paid up front, they'll ship every 60 days.) Each collection you receive comes with a breakdown of the shadows included, as well as some inspo and application tips that can be found on your Member’s Dashboard. You’ll also get 100 Reward points with each bi-monthly order, which helps you redeem amazing prizes, including other palettes and lippies from our Rewards page! Basically, you've got a lot included in this subscription so make sure you explore once you've signed up!
Great news! There are a number of ways you can customize your LiveGlam experience:
- Let us know how you feel! The option to rate any monthly collection you receive will appear on your subscriptions tab 4 days after your package ships out. This allows some time for your shadows to arrive, and for you to give them a spin. Your feedback helps us know what shadows you want to see! Click here for more info!
- Trade your palette! Before your next bi- monthly, head to your Members Dashboard to swap out your upcoming palette for something you like better, like lippies, brushes and other great goodies. You can even choose to get more rewards points in place of a palette, so you can bank up your points or splurge.
- Skip a month! If you’re bi-monthly, skip a payment/shipment if you’re not feeling it this month. If you’re 6-month or annual, skip a shipment (your billing date will be pushed one month if you skip.) FYI, your subscription resumes automatically after you skip a collection!
- Cancel anytime! If all else fails, cancel your plan at anytime (you’ll get all palettes you’ve already paid for, you just won’t renew!) FYI, if you cancel your membership, you’ll lose your Rewards points as well as your spot in the club, so consider skipping before you full on cancel! While we do our absolute best to make our formulas suitable for everyone, and keep our shadows free of potentially irritating ingredients, potential allergies depend entirely on you and your body! We encourage you to read our ingredients list (above) thoroughly, and consult with an allergist if you do have concerns about anything listed. You know your body best, and your safety is important to us!
If by chance an adverse reaction occurs, immediately discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor. Return the palette to us by resealing the package, labeling it with "Return To Sender" and leaving it in your mailbox. When we receive it, we will issue a full refund.

Bi-monthly members, you will be automatically billed every two months, on the same day of the month that you signed up. So if you signed up on July 15th, you’ll be billed on Sept 15th, and then again on November 15th! Basically, it’s a 60 day billing cycle. You can always view and change your next billing date on your Dashboard (in the section with your subscription details!)
You can also Skip a collection/payment or Trade your upcoming collection there as well! 6-month and Annual members, you’ll be automatically billed on whatever plan period you’ve chosen (so if you signed up for a 6-month membership on January 1, your next billing would be July 1. Or if you chose annual, you’d be billed each year on the same day.) 6-month and Annual shipments will ship bi-monthly (next shipping date is found on your dashboard!), and you can still Skip or Trade your next collection!

You earn Reward points simply by remaining an active ShadowMe member. With each renewal, you earn 100 points. You can also earn additional Reward points by referring your friends (find your unique referral link on your Dashboard and Rewards page!) If your friend signs up using your code/link, they’ll get a free lippie with their first palette and you will get 200 points (if they’re on the waitlist, the points will come through as soon as their spot opens up!) Getting your free product is easy! Save up your referral points (that you get from being an active member and for referring your friends!) and redeem some amazing prizes from our Rewards page. 6 months gets you 300 points, 12 gets you 600 points which you can use to redeem free beauty products...it’s that simple!
First and foremost, our goal is to get everyone off the waitlist as soon as possible! However, we are reliant on product availability and everyone is trying to get their hands on these amazing eyeshadows, so we're not able to get everyone off the waitlist within the same month they may have joined. As often as possible, we activate as many people as we can! You can check your spot in line on your Dashboard (you should see that number jump closer each time we let people off the waitlist.).

As a general LiveGlam guideline, your payment will always process whatever collection you were supposed to receive at the time of your failed payment. FYI- you have 11 days to clear payment before your subscription is cancelled!
