You babes have been craving a restock of our Laura Mellado x LiveGlam Lippie Club collection, and we’re excited to announce your favorite lippies are coming back on June 11th! If you’re an existing LiveGlam member, you can get this collection through our LiveGlam Shop page starting June 11th at 10 am PST for $19.99 (plus shipping + tax). There will be a limit of 2 orders per customer, and no codes will be valid. Remember to sign in to your account before you purchase to get our exclusive member pricing!

This collection will not automatically be included in any subscription and will not be available as a Trade option. You must purchase it separately on our Shop page.

New LiveGlam Lippie Club members

If you’re not already a member of our LiveGlam Lippie Club, simply sign up by selecting the “Subscribe & Save” option on Laura’s Collection page, starting June 11th at 10 am PST. If you join from our homepage, you can select Laura’s lippies at checkout. A free bonus lippie will not be included with Laura’s collection.
\Please also note that if you cancel before your first renewal, you will be charged a non-member fee of $7 since the exclusive member pricing is only for Glammers who are a part of our LiveGlam Club! You can still use all your normal Dashboard features, but you’ll need to make a second payment to be considered a member.

If you’re not a LiveGlam member and do not wish to sign up, you can also get Laura’s collection through our Shop page starting June 11th at 10 am PST! However, the price goes up to $26.99 (plus shipping + tax if applicable) instead of the $19.99 member-exclusive price. There will be a limit of 2 orders per customer, and no codes will be valid.

How the LiveGlam Waiting Room Works

Do I have to pay for shipping?

If you subscribe to our Lippie Club and get Laura’s lippies as your first set, you will get free domestic shipping or flat rate international shipping. If you purchase in Shop as a member or non-member, you will pay shipping based on the total number of items in your order as well as your location. Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout so you can see them before making payment!

What is LiveGlam Lippie Club?

As a member of our LiveGlam Lippie Club, you’ll get 3-4 exclusive lip products delivered straight to your door every month for just $19.99. Our formula is cruelty-free, vegan, flexible, hydrating, and smells delicious! You can also trade, skip, or cancel your membership at any time through your LiveGlam Dashboard.

If you do sign up to our Lippie Club and receive a special collab (like this one!) as your first order, you will be subject to a $7 Non-Members fee if you choose to cancel before your second payment. After your second payment, you may cancel without a fee at any time. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know at checkout (before you pay), if you’re subject to this Non-Members Fee.

When do I get my next collection if I subscribe?

If you subscribe to our Lippie Club, you will get a new set of our lip products each month! When you get your next collection depends on your sign up date. For example, If you sign up on June 11th, you will be billed and sent your next package on July 11th, and so on. The great news is that we’re as flexible as our lippie formula, so you can actually change your billing date through your LiveGlam Dashboard if your initial sign up date doesn’t work for you every month!

Wondering what collection you’ll be getting next? With our Lippie Club, we release a new collection on the 23rd of every month. So, if you join before June. 22nd, your second collection will be for our July collection. If you join between June 23rd – July 22nd, your second collection will be for our August collection.

How do I check my order details after purchasing?

Once you sign up for our Lippie Club or purchase this collection through our Shop page, you will receive an email confirmation. After your initial confirmation, you’ll receive follow-up emails every step of the way, including your tracking and order details, until your package arrives at your door!

Didn’t get your order confirmation email? Don’t panic, that can happen from time to time! Log in to your LiveGlam Dashboard to confirm your order went through. Also, be sure that you’re subscribed to our email notifications to receive all updates!

Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > scroll to the Lippie Club section
Click “View Past orders” below the Latest Order section.
Click “View Details” in your order history. This is where you can view more info about your order – including the status, estimated shipping date, and tracking number once your lippies are sent!

If you purchased in Shop:

Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to your Dashboard > scroll to the Shop section.
Click “View Past Orders” in the top right corner.
