Tips to Get Ready Faster in the Morning!
The struggle is real when you’re trying to get ready faster in the morning but there’s really nothing else you can cut out of your morning ritual!
Want to save some time in the morning to catch some Z’s? Here are a couple of tricks to get ready faster without compromising any of your morning glam!
1. Keep your go-to products in one place
Anyone with a serious makeup collection knows that not every single product gets the same amount of love.
We have our favorites (the stuff we can’t live without), then there’s the stuff that we bought on a whim but it just didn’t live up to the hype – and being a total sucker for cute packaging doesn’t help.
Cut a couple of minutes out of your makeup routine by keeping all your go-to products in one place! Rather than organizing your makeup by product type, just separate the stuff you’re always reaching for from the rest of your makeup collection.
2. Wash your hair the night before
The easiest way to get ready faster? Just strike a couple of things off your morning to-do list the night before!
Wash your hair, style it, and then keep your hair looking fresh by wrapping it up with a silk scarf or sleeping on a silk pillow. Aside from saving you a ton of time in the morning, this gives your hair that effortlessly messy but chic ‘I woke up like this’ vibe.
3. Choose your focal point
Cut out all the fuss!
Forget about spending a ton of time trying to perfect a full face of makeup – just spend a couple more minutes accentuating one specific feature, such as your eyes or lips.
Go for a fresh-faced complexion, then sweep a bright shade of eyeshadow over your lids to make your eyes pop. You could also try keeping your makeup minimal, then opting for a bold lip color to make your lips the focal point.
