1. Keep in mind that USPS will have some holiday closures that will affect delivery of all packages, worldwide.
2. Don’t fret if our support responses to you are a little delayed, we are still here and will get back to you ASAP!

12/13 10 am: If you made a purchase during our Free First Class Shipping Upgrade promotion (starting 12/13), we hope the service upgrade will get domestic orders to our Glammers by Christmas. Please note there is no guarantee! We are unable to expedite processing times or any shipping times beyond the service upgrade but we promise we’re doing our very best to get these lippies under your tree!

Santa’s sleigh is behind schedule (you know what they say about LA traffic…), so, unfortunately, your December KissMe lippies are going to be delayed several additional business days. We’re working on this diligently (we’ve called in all of our best elves), and you’ll get an email as soon as your order is shipped out. General Processing & Shipping Info for Your LiveGlam Holiday Packages!
Ho, ho, hold up, where are your lippies and brushes?! You may notice that our processing and shipping times are taking a bit longer than our usual 2 business day turnaround, but have no fear! You’ll still be sleighing these shades and baking your face in no time. Keep reading for everything you need to know about our processing and shipping times during the holidays.
Wanna hear something crazy? Shipping carriers are expected to be moving over 1.5 trillion packages this year around the holidays. So what does that mean for our Glammers? Packages will be delayed beyond our control, as well as tracking updates. This means there will be processing and shipping delays. However, in true LiveGlam fashion, we have all hands on deck and are trying our very best to get you your packages ASAP! We’ll even sneak them on Santa’s sleigh if we have to.
While we cannot guarantee any arrival dates, we do hope any domestic orders that go out before December 10th will be able to arrive on your doorstep by Christmas. Once we have your tracking info, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking link. You will also be able to find this info (along with your order status) on your Dashboard page when logged in.
