LiveGlam “Give a Glam” Program
Sure, we’re all about the glitz and glam at LiveGlam, but there’s also a lot more to us than just lippies, brushes, and eyeshadow palettes! We truly value and care about all of our Glammers, and to give extra meaning to what we do as an organization, we’ve created our Give a Glam Program. What is LiveGlam’s Give a Glam Program?
The main mission of our Give a Glam Program is to take that extra mile and make your experience memorable by providing surprises that will make you feel valued and loved – the LiveGlam way.
How does it work?
Once a week, we choose a Glammer (a member of any of our LiveGlam Clubs) to receive some extra help and love from our team. Whether you’re going through a tough time, ran out of your favorite lippie and can’t afford it, or had an issue with your subscription, our Customer Happiness team is constantly searching through comments from our socials, emails, and chats to find Glammers to give back to.
It doesn’t even have to be about our product or service, we just want to put a smile on your pretty face!
How do I qualify as a Give a Glam Recipient?
There is no formal way to submit yourself for our Give a Glam program. It’s more of an organic process. If we see your story on our socials, emails, or chat and select you, we will reach out to you directly and do the rest! Check out some of our past Give a Glam recipients below as an example:
“I’m writing to you in hopes that I could get my points back. My daughter was placed in a mental institution which caused major legal woes on my behalf. My son paid for this month subscription but I lost my 1050 points that I had accumulated.”
In response, we sent Melody a wellness basket for her much needed “me” time. Instead of sending her off for a spa session, we thought it would be nice if she and her daughter could have a relaxing spa day at home together. We also sent her points back!
“My daughter is 3 and is fighting Pneumonia and every time she sees a package of lippies or brushes she is very happy and excited to try them! She always tells me to take her to the LiveGlam shop cause she would like to meet you guys!”
To boost her daughter’s spirits, we sent her a KissMe and MorpheMe collection and a special message from us!
“Numero Uno was definitely my favorite from the set until I accidentally lost it or it was stolen not sure and now I’m so sad.”
We couldn’t let Wendy go without her favorite shade, so we sent her a new “Numero Uno” lippie to get her back to slaying!
We’re constantly on the lookout for our next recipient and hope this brings our #LiveGlamFam even closer together.
