If you’re a current Eyeshadow Club Member and your account has been on Hold, we have an important update! Here’s what you need to know:

- Your Eyeshadow Club status has been reactivated (as of Sunday, May 23).
- Login to your Dashboard to check when your credit card will be charged. Note that it might have changed. If you want to choose a new date for future charges, this can also be changed in your Dashboard.
- When your card is charged, we’ll process your order and get your palette on its way to you ASAP! Keep your eyes on your inbox for shipping notifications.
- We don’t anticipate any further delays, but if that changes, we’ll let you know right away!
If you’re a current member and you aren’t feelin’ these shades, you have up until 24 hours before your billing date to Trade, Skip, or Cancel! To avoid any further delays, login to your account today and make sure your information (Shipping Address & Credit Card) is up-to-date. Again, we want to thank you all SO much for your patience and flexibility during these times! We promise these shades will be well worth the wait!

We are currently experiencing a delay with the palette, but we’re working promptly to get your order out as soon as possible! We know how much you’ve been looking forward to these designer-drip shades, so we promise to get this palette to you as quickly as we can!
Our #LiveGlamFam means the world to us and we want to do everything we can to make sure you’re taken care of. If you are a current Eyeshadow Club Member, we are placing a Hold on your membership and you will not be charged until we have everything in-house. Plus, you’ll be the FIRST to know when your palette is ready to be shipped in case you want to Trade, Skip or Cancel before you’re charged!
