Bonus LiveGlam ShadowMe Palettes? Here’s What You Need to Know!

So… here’s the thing. Our creative team at LiveGlam is overflowing with glamazing ideas for eyeshadow palettes and we just can’t limit ourselves to only 6 bi-monthly collections per year! So, we’ve blended up some bonus palettes that will release in addition to our ShadowMe subscription collections, except through our LiveGlam Shop page and as a trade option! How do I get a bonus palette?

You have 3 different options whenever we launch a bonus palette:

1. Join the club and pick your first collection!

Join our LiveGlam Eyeshadow Club, ShadowMe, and select the bonus palette instead of the current bi-monthly palette at checkout! You’ll see options for your first palette after you select your plan. We currently have 4 different options on there!

2. Purchase through our Shop page

As a member of any of our LiveGlam clubs, you can purchase bonus palettes through our Shop page at exclusive member pricing of $19.99 excluding shipping and tax (if applicable). If you’re not a member, you will not be able to purchase our newest bonus palette, “Scorpio”, until October 31st for $26.99 excluding shipping and tax through our Shop page only! If you’re a member, make sure to be logged in in order to get member pricing.

3. Trade your next palette as a ShadowMe member

Already a member of our ShadowMe club and prefer to get a bonus palette instead of your bi-monthly palette? Head to your Dashboard to swap it out for a bonus palette (or another product!) FYI, you have to trade before your next payment goes through.

How to Trade

Will I get a bonus palette as part of my ShadowMe subscription?

Our bonus ShadowMe palettes will only be available via our LiveGlam Shop page, as well as through our trade feature! As an existing member, you will not automatically get these palettes as a part of your subscription and will have to purchase them separately for $19.99 or trade your upcoming palette before it ships out through your LiveGlam Dashboard. The only time you can get a bonus palette through your ShadowMe subscription is if you select it as your first palette at checkout when signing up as a new member, or if you trade your upcoming palette as an existing member. Basically, ShadowMe members will get bi-monthly palettes automatically, but must opt-in for bonus palettes.

Please note that there is no set schedule for bonus palettes, and they will be available while supplies last!

I subscribed to ShadowMe and selected the bonus palette for my 1st order, when will my subscription renew and what palette will I get next?

As a ShadowMe member, you will make a payment every 60 days. If you paid for your subscription upfront (6-month or Annual members), you will get a new shipment every 60 days until your payment renews (after the selected period of time, 6 or 12 months). Bi-monthly palettes debut on the 23rd of the month, like the rest of our clubs! So our next ShadowMe bi-monthly palette will launch on November 23, then January 23rd, and so on. We will show these palettes on our social channels as well as on our website. You can check your next billing date on your Dashboard!

What if I’m not a LiveGlam member? Can I still get a bonus palette?

Our newest bonus palette, Scorpio, will be available for non-members starting on October 31st through our Shop page for $26.99 plus shipping and tax (if applicable). However, if you love eyeshadow palettes, you’re the perfect match for our bi-monthly eyeshadow club, ShadowMe! You’ll get a brand new palette every other month with 9-10 highly pigmented, cruelty-free, and stunning shades for only $19.99, and can grab bonus palettes for exclusive member pricing as well.

What bonus palettes are currently available?
