1. Bright, glittery eyeshadow

But before you run out to stock up on a bunch of glittery eyeshadow, test out the dazzling eye look with any plain ol’ highlighter that you’ve already got in your makeup drawer!
The first thing you need to do is apply a bright eyeshadow over your lid to create a colorful base. Next, wet an eyeshadow brush and dip it into a powder highlighter to enhance the shimmer payoff. With your eyeshadow brush, pat the highlighter into your base color.
If you prefer more color and less shimmer, use your finger to add in more eyeshadow while patting in the highlighter with your brush.
2. Colorful eyeliner
