First of all, we want to thank you for your support of our new LiveGlam Eyeshadow Club, ShadowMe! We hope you are enjoying our debut palette, Marbled L.A. (or will be soon if you haven’t received it yet. We can’t wait to see your looks!). Our customers are the driving force behind all we do, and we want your experience to be outstanding in every way possible.
Recently, we’ve learned that our Baecation palette (the palette you are set to receive next in your ShadowMe subscription if you’ve already signed up), does not meet our LiveGlam standards. We do not feel comfortable sending shadows we are not 100% confident in, so we have decided to reformulate the shades to ensure they meet the top quality we have worked so hard to achieve in all LiveGlam products!
So what if I already signed up for ShadowMe?
We will not charge you again until we are sure we have a palette that will blow you away! Until then, your account will remain on hold (nothing will change about your experience, you just won’t make another payment quite yet).
As a thank you for your patience and continued support, we’re throwing you a $10 code for shop credit! Check your dashboard after 24 hours to access your code.
If you’ve already paid for Baecation, you have 2 options:
1. You can get Marbled L.A., our debut palette, in place of Baecation. Marbled L.A. is made with our LiveGlam approved formulas and is something we are confident in (and the reviews support this)! This way, you won’t have to wait to try out our shadows!
When we’re ready with the next palette, we’ll inform you right away. We’ll make sure to give you plenty of notice, so if you don’t like it, you can log in and opt out by trading, skipping, or canceling your membership entirely. FYI – you can cancel anytime you’d like leading up to this. We really hope you stay, but we understand either way!
2. You can get a full refund instead. Since we’re not able to ship you the palette you were expecting, we totally understand if you want a refund right away. We can leave your order on hold or we can help you cancel it entirely. You can always sign up again after we release the next palette if you’d like!

If you did not purchase Baecation or sign up for ShadowMe yet, you can still sign up today and get Marbled L.A.! Check out the shades and a full breakdown of this gorgeous, LiveGlam approved palette here. Once again, you will not be charged again until we launch our next palette!
As much as it saddens us to pull a palette we were so excited for, we would never want you to pay for or receive a product that is less than amazing. We have such exciting palettes in store for you all, so we really hope you stick around!

I thought maybe y’all would have more of a winter Pallet coming out in December. Don’t get me wrong, this looks amazing and something I’ll use but like in late spring and summer not winter.

It has been 8 months since this was posted, do you have any updates on the Shadow Me Club?!? I LOVED Marbled LA and CAN NOT wait any longer for more of your fabulous shadows...PLEASE HURRY!!!
