I’m already a member, when will I get this palette?

If you signed up for ShadowMe during our initial launch in 2018, your subscription will automatically reactivate on May 27th, 2019. You will have received an email about this to notify you and confirm your account details! If you did not receive an email, please log in to your LiveGlam account and check your account details.

Set Your Billing Date

Did you know as a member of any of our LiveGlam clubs, you can set your own billing date? Your monthly products (in this case, your eyeshadow palettes), will ship approximately 2 days after you’ve been billed. So, if you want your palettes to come at the beginning of the month, make sure your billing date is set for then! If you want it to come later, change your date to towards the end of the month. It’s all up to you!
