- Urbanizacion/condominio name should go in Address Line 2
- Use abbreviations, for example:
- Calle/Street = Urb, C

- Cuidad/City = Cdad
- Apartment = Apto
- Avenue/Avienda = Av
- Barrio = Bo
- Paseo = Po
- Interior = Int

Opt for our 6-month or annual plan and get more makeup for less! Save upfront with our plans while still enjoying the flexibility to Skip whenever needed. 6-month members save $12 and earn 600 Reward points, while annual members get one month FREE plus 1200 Reward points.
Normally, we ship our packages within 2 business days of your payment - everyday except Sundays and holidays. Once your package ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number which can also be found on your Dashboard. That's right, ship just got real!
FYI, we take extra care on custom orders. These may take longer to fulfill, but our promise is to get you fresh glam in your hands.

Glammers in the US with monthly plans pay a flat fee of $3.29 per LiveGlam Club shipment.
International Glammers shipping fees per LiveGlam Club shipment vary based on location. Glammers with 6-month and annual plans must pay international shipping costs upfront. For details on international shipping, learn more here.
FYI, Purchases from the LiveGlam Shop and Rewards will include shipping and taxes at checkout. Active club members get exclusive discounts on products and shipping. You’ll see those benefits at checkout as well. Get excited, good things are headed your way!
All of your card information is stored directly with our secure 3rd party merchant processor. For your safety, we do not have access to your credit card information to determine why it has been declined. We suggest double-checking your card number, expiration date, billing address, or entering a different card. Otherwise, please contact your credit card provider directly. If your default card fails, we will automatically roll through your cards on file to keep your glam going.
For your convenience, your LiveGlam membership will be charged uninterrupted on your chosen billing date. If you have a monthly plan, you will be automatically billed on the same day every other month. If you have a 6 month or annual membership, you will be automatically billed at the same plan term on your next billing date. Changing your billing date is easy! Simply follow these directions to choose a new date that’s convenient for you:
1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to Settings > “Billing/Shipping Date”
2. Under “LiveGlam Club”, “Mystery Club”, or “Mystery Club Luxe” click “Change Billing Date”
3. Pick a new date! It’s that easy!
You can have as many cards on file as you'd like. We’ll always ask you which card you’d like to use before starting a new subscription or purchasing items from Shop and Rewards. You can set one of your cards as “default” so it will be used for all reoccurring payments. If you only have one card on file, that will be your default payment.
You can choose to Skip or Trade any collection you don't want, but we have a no refund policy. Under special circumstances, some products may be exchanged/replaced if reported within 30 days. Reach out to our Customer Happiness Team for more info, we're happy to help.

We ship worldwide, though there are a few areas we are unable to get packages to: Austria, Belgium, Botswana, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.
Due to high glamand, sometimes we have to put our future Glammers on our waitlist. Our goal is to get everyone off as soon as possible! We do this on a first-come, first-serve basis. Yes! You can upgrade at anytime from your Member’s Dashboard.
You'll receive a text message and email from us with your order details. This will include a link to the Find Order page. In case you can no longer access the text or email, you can always reach out to our Customer Happiness Team.
You can join our LiveGlam Club and make a purchase in Shop using Apple Pay and Google Pay.
For your security, all of your credit card information is stored directly with our secure 3rd party merchant processor. We used to allow users to enter their credit card information on our checkout page, but after a security incident, even credit card information is directly entered with our secure 3rd party merchant processor.
Depending on where you live, there may be added sales tax to your order. This is determined based on your location, specifically by your State and County. While we do not have any control over taxes added, as they are set and collected by the State and County in which you reside, we do make an effort to remove or reduce shipping costs as much as possible to make sure you are getting your glam as easily and quickly as possible!
This error message means there was a disruption in the communication while we were processing your payment. No problem, we'll get this taken care of. Here's a pro tip: Try checking out again! Just make sure you don’t refresh while the checkout page is still loading. If the issue persists, contact our Customer Happiness team and we can look deeper into the issue.
We're sad to see you go, but we understand! While we encourage Trading or Skipping a month if that works better for you, Canceling your subscription is easy. Just head over to “Settings,” then “Subscription Details,” and select “Cancel Subscription.”
