Listening to our Glammers’ feedback is very important to us– which is why we’ve taken all the products, features, and customization you know and love as a #LiveGlamFam Member, and combined them to make an even bigger, better LiveGlam subscription experience!
The NEW LiveGlam Club combines all of the best LiveGlam beauty products in one package. All of your favorite lippies, plus a variety of beauty goodies like brushes, eyeshadow palettes, lashes and more, delivered monthly for $21.99.
Our new subscription experience includes more products, better benefits, and discounts on deck! Here’s what that means for YOU:
- More Product Variety: Wondering what goes into your package? Each month, you’ll receive a variety of your favorite (always vegan and cruelty free!) LiveGlam lip products. You’ll get your monthly fix of our thoughtfully curated matte lippies, glosses, bullet lipsticks, liners, lip crayons, scrubs and more–PLUS, each collection will include additional must-have LiveGlam products to satisfy all your beauty needs!
- Better Trade Options: If you’re not in love with an upcoming collection, you can swap out multiple items anytime before your renewal date. Not feeling that red matte lippie? Replace it with that new blending brush you’ve been eye-ing. As always, you can Skip or Cancel at any time!
- Free Products and Shop Discount: Earn Reward points with each shipment, for referrals, and when you rate products. Then, redeem them for your favorite products on our Rewards page. Plus, all members will receive an exclusive Shop discount for those “can’t live without” products!
- Exclusively LiveGlam: All of the products that go into each collection are our own LiveGlam brand, so you know they’re the best quality, paraben-free, vegan and cruelty-free!
Current LiveGlam Members: What does this mean for me?
Sit back and relax, because starting 12/1, all active LiveGlam Members have automatically upgraded to our NEW LiveGlam Club.
To make things simple, we’ve created this chart below for specific membership and billing details:
*Important note for Eyeshadow Club Members: Since you’ll now be receiving collections monthly instead of every other month, your next billing date may have changed. Head to your dashboard to check when your next payment is scheduled. Remember, you can change your billing date at any time!
What This Means For Members Who Belong to Multiple Clubs:
Were you a Member of more than one LiveGlam Club? We don’t want this change to hold you back from building your collection! That’s why your second (and third if you’ve got one!) membership/s have automatically upgraded to our new Mystery Club.
Each month, get a SURPRISE mixed bag of coveted products – it’s even MORE of the lippies, brushes, palettes, and other LiveGlam products you love for $19.99/mo. As always, you can Skip or Cancel at any time.
Don’t worry, if you have two Mystery Club subscriptions, you’ll get the ultimate LiveGlam experience and receive different glam goodies in each package every month. For more details, visit this blog post OR reach out to our Customer Happiness Team.
At this time, only Glammers who were currently subscribed to more than one LiveGlam Club have exclusive access to our Mystery Box. But keep checking back to see when we open it up to all Glammers!
Current Subscribers Who Wish To Opt Out
If you’re a current subscriber and you’re not interested in our new LiveGlam Club, simply head to your Dashboard and opt-out before your next billing date. If you have a 6 month or annual membership plan and wish to opt out, please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team before December 31, 2021 to request a partial refund for your prepaid plan for the collections and products you have not yet received.
