The Oscars was full of winners last night, both on stage and on the red carpet. While the films that received awards weren’t too much of a surprise, the carpet was full of them. I mean… Whoopi Goldberg wore a gown with sunglasses and combat boots for glam’s sake. Check out these must-see looks from the 90th annual Academy Awards!
1. Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman did not come to play last night. She wore a striking Armani Privé gown that basically gave everyone whiplash as she walked by. This strapless, oversized bow tie dress looked like a dream on her, and the color of it against her skin was exceptional.
2. Gina Rodriguez
Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez looked beautiful and elegant in this plunging Zuhair Murad gown. She also brought a hint of sexiness with the sheerness of the dress, complete with sparkling embellishments that shined on the carpet.
3. Zendaya
Zendaya always kills it on the red carpet, and last night was no exception. In this chocolate brown draped Giambattista Valli (try saying that 3 times) she looked absolutely gorgeous. Do you know how hard it can be to pull off brown? She makes it look so easy!
4. Margot Robbie
Margot Robbie kept it chic and simple in this white Chanel dress. The off-the-shoulder sleeves were such a unique touch, making her look like an angel walking through the carpet.
5. Gal Gadot
We love a girl who keeps it glam, and Gal Gadot did just that in this metallic, crystal embellished Givenchy gown. The Wonder Woman star looked like a modern flapper in this shiny dress.
6. Octavia Spencer
Octavia Spencer kept it elegant in this green, off the shoulder draped gown by Brandon Maxwell. This dress really flattered the actress and the gorgeous color made her stand out on the carpet.
7. Taraji P Henson
Taraji P. Henson brought all the sexiness to the red carpet in this custom, Vera Wang side slit dress. It showed off her amazing physique and made her look fun and youthful. How is she 47 and look not a day over 30-something? What’s the secret!

8. Hailee Steinfeld
I personally love Hailee Steinfeld’s style, and her awards show outfits are always so unique and fun. She did it yet again in this black and white mini cocktail dress by Giambattista Valli. The tutu-inspired dress also had a train for a fun surprise, and she looked effortlessly cute in it!
9. Rita Ora
Rita Ora brought a fun pop of color to the Vanity Fair after party in this crimson red feathered gown. Not only was this dress show-stopping, but her hair and makeup were paired perfectly with it.
10. Lupita Nyong’o
Lastly, Lupita’s red carpet dress was already gorgeous… but her after party dress stole the show. With its plunging neckline and side cut-outs, this beaded column dress by Armani Privé was sizzling, dark and mysterious. It fit the actress like a glove and had everyone in awe.
