How can I view the status of the order I placed in the LiveGlam Shop?

Head to your Dashboard and scroll just past the Subscriptions tabs- you should see an area to expand your non-subscription orders. You’ll be able to view your order receipt as well as check on tracking, once it’s been shipped. Most orders ship out within 2 business days. If it’s been a bit longer, feel free to reach out to our Customer Happiness team.
