When will I be billed again? Can I change my billing date?
For your convenience, your LiveGlam membership will be charged uninterrupted on your chosen billing date. If you have a monthly plan, you will be automatically billed on the same day every other month. If you have a 6 month or annual membership, you will be automatically billed at the same plan term on your next billing date. Changing your billing date is easy! Simply follow these directions to choose a new date that’s convenient for you:
1. Log in to your LiveGlam account and go to Settings > “Billing/Shipping Date”
2. Under “LiveGlam Club,” “Mystery Club,” or “Mystery Club Luxe” click “Change Billing Date”
3. Pick a new date! It’s that easy!
