At the moment, we don’t have a LiveGlam app. However, after your purchase, you’ll gain access to our LiveGlam Dashboard. There, you can rate and review products, redeem your rewards, and more!

How long does it take to get my package?

We aim to ship your order within 2 business days after payment is processed, excluding Sundays and holidays. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, which you can also find in your Dashboard. How do I care for my Faux Mink Lashes?

Store lashes in their box to keep them clean, dry, and in shape for longer wear.
To remove glue, use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover along the lash band.
Remove remaining glue with tweezers carefully to avoid damage.
Avoid getting lashes wet or sleeping in them for longevity.
Pro Tip: Apply mascara to your natural lashes first (not the faux mink lashes) for a fresh look!

How do I use my LiveGlam Gift Card?

Enter the code at checkout where it says "Have a coupon or gift card?" Once applied, you’ll see "Gift Card Applied" in the order breakdown. Happy shopping!

Are there refunds?

Are LiveGlam products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic, and phthalate-free.

What’s the expiration on lip products? How can I best store them?

Lip products generally have a shelf life of 24 months unopened or 12 months after opening. Store them in a cool, dry place (70–75°F). Exceptions:

Lip Balms: Shelf life of 36 months, store at 68–78°F.
Lip Scrubs: Shelf life of 36 months, store at 68–78°F.
Lip Liners: Shelf life of 24 months, store at 65–77°F.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
