Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, which you can also find in your Dashboard. - Store lashes in their box to keep them clean, dry, and in shape for longer wear.
- To remove glue, use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover along the lash band.
- Remove remaining glue with tweezers carefully to avoid damage.
- Avoid getting lashes wet or sleeping in them for longevity.
Pro Tip: Apply mascara to your natural lashes first (not the faux mink lashes) for a fresh look!

Yes! All of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic, and phthalate-free.

Lip products generally have a shelf life of 24 months unopened or 12 months after opening. Store them in a cool, dry place (70–75°F). Exceptions:
- Lip Balms: Shelf life of 36 months, store at 68–78°F.
- Lip Scrubs: Shelf life of 36 months, store at 68–78°F.
- Lip Liners: Shelf life of 24 months, store at 65–77°F.
