1. Who is eligible for this offer?

Our Slay Before You Pay offer is available to any NEW LiveGlam Lippie Club customer in the United States. Currently, this offer does not extend to international customers or previous Lippie Club members.

2. Is this a subscription?

Yes! Each month, you'll get 3-4 lip products delivered right to your door for only $19.99. You can look forward to receiving lipsticks, liners, glosses, balms, liquid lipsticks, and more.

3. Does this Slay Before You Pay offer apply throughout my subscription?

Unfortunately, no. This offer is only valid on your first month of membership.

4. Can I Cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can Cancel at anytime during your membership, including before your first payment. You also have the option to Skip a month or Trade for a collection that is more your makeup mood.

5. When will I be charged?

Once you place your order, your card will be charged $1 for shipping. Your first month membership fee of only $19.99 plus applicable taxes will be charged 15 days from when you placed your order.

6. How long do I have to Cancel before being charged?

You may Cancel your Lippie Club membership during your 15 day trial period; however, keep in mind that the cancellation request must be received by a LiveGlam Customer Happiness representative 24 hours prior to your trial period ending. Otherwise, your card will be charged $19.99 + taxes and your first collection will be processed. Remember, we have a strict no return policy.

7. How do I Cancel?

We hope you love your lippie, but we know it may not always be a makeup match up. To Cancel, you will need to connect with our Customer Happiness team and they will help you through the process.


Here is the the return process:

1. Contact our Customer Happiness Team to start the process.

2. Our team will cancel your account and ensure that will not be charged for your membership.

3. To keep your lippie for free, complete the customer feedback survey provided by our Customer Happiness Team. Remember, if you don’t complete the survey, your card will be charged $10 for your lippie.

8. What products will I receive each month after my 15 day trial?

Every month, you will receive an exclusive collection of 3-4 Lippie Club products. Our full-sized collections include everything from mattes, glosses, metallics, lip scrubs, lip crayons, and more! You can choose your first set when you sign up, and if you’re ever not a fan of our newest collection, you can trade one product or your whole set for a different option through your LiveGlam Dashboard before your monthly order ships out!

9. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping for ALL of our clubs is always free within the United States. 6-month and Annual members will pay shipping costs up front. Note: These shipping prices apply only to our subscriptions. If you're purchasing from our Shop, shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. FYI, active club members get shop discounts on products and shipping! (as shown on checkout.)

10. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We have a no refund policy except in special circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges/replacement on any damaged products and a handful of other concerns, if you report them within 30 days from the time of shipment. If there is a damaged product, please email a picture of the item and its original package/label (if still available) (under 1MB in size) to [email protected]. Exclusions may apply.

11. Can I Skip or Cancel a month?

You’ve got options. You can Trade one or all of your upcoming products for other lippies, non-subscription products, or Reward points! You can also Skip an upcoming payment/shipment, or you can Cancel at any point.

All of these features can be managed on your Dashboard.

12. Does LiveGlam have a Rewards Program? How does it work?

When you sign up for Lippie Club, you earn Reward points that can be used to redeem free lippies, makeup and other products. You can choose from a variety of products, and we add new goodies constantly! All Reward points that you earn during your 15 day trial period will be on hold until your first payment is processed.
