After working closely with the DHL executive team, we were able to get a better understanding of what’s going on with your lost package. The DHL team has issued a formal apology to us, and most importantly, to you. Again, we thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Most of you should see a tracking update by now. If you don’t see an update, we’re going to reship your package right away (you’ll get an updated tracking number via email from us.) If for some reason you do not see movement on your package and do not receive an email, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll get it taken care of!

With the holiday season comes lots of excitement and gift giving, but unfortunately, it can come with shipping delays, too. Though we work extra hard to make sure all LiveGlam packages are shipped quickly, sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. Missing your LiveGlam package? Keep reading for more info.
At LiveGlam, we take great pride in offering our Glammers the most glamazing customer experience possible. That’s why it especially breaks our heart to be informed by our shipping courier that some of our customer’s packages that we shipped have been misplaced by the courier and therefore are delayed.
We know firsthand how frustrating it is to order something and not have it arrive right away. We are doing everything possible to work with our shipping courier to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Unfortunately these shipping courier delays are affecting a lot of other companies as well but we are doing everything to make sure LiveGlam packages are prioritized.
If you haven’t gotten your recent order already and your tracking has not been updated, the good news is your package could arrive any moment. Please know that making sure you get your package is our top priority and we will continue to keep you informed via email as well as on this blog post as we receive more details from our shipping courier.
