Well, guys, fall is just around the corner! Before we change gears and bust out all of our favorite berry tones, we gotta give one last ode to some of our favorite summer trends. Now we’re not saying you can’t rock fake freckles, colored lashes, lip oils, or dewy skin anytime of the year, but you can expect a transition into metallic lids, deep lips, dark eyes, and smooth matte finishes. We’ll talk fall trends later, we have a whole season of it soon approaching. We’re gonna get the most out of our last week of summer! Fake Freckles
Whether you spent your summer baking away in the sun or kept in the cool blast of AC, freckles will forever find their way into these months. If you weren’t able to grab enough rays, or if you just wanna up your cuteness level 1,000%, try out some fake freckles! Our favorite product to get our spots on are creamy Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrows. If you want a more natural look, opt for some of the warmer tones (auburn, chocolate) and avoid the more gray-based colors (taupe, granite). You can dot them on with a small pointed liner brush on your cheeks and nose, or dot the back of a beauty blender and pat them on that way! If you use a both of these methods, you’ll get a more natural look, with some softer and sharper dots!

Colored Lashes
Summer style is all about bright, bold colors! If you’re looking for a new way to pop some color in your look, try some colored lashes. They’re a super quick and fun way to draw attention to your eyes. Grab a colored mascara in your favorite shade, blue and purple are popular choices! Blue brings out brown and gray eyes, while purple is a gorgeous compliment to green, hazel, and blue eyes! Nyx Cosmetics has a few bright and fun colors to choose from. They come in a ton of fun colors and make your lips feel like little tasty cushions.

Dewy Skin
The best way to get a matte finish to your summer makeup is to avoid it! Opt for a fresh dewy face instead. This look is perfect for the beach!
