3. Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick, $7
If Covergirl’s lip balm didn’t give you enough of a color range, Rimmel London has got you covered. Their Moisture Renew Lipstick features over 24 gorgeous, moisturizing colors. The lipsticks were formulated with vitamins A, C, and E, and were made to keep your lips pucker-ready through these long winter months. 4. Bobbi Brown Creamy Lip Color, $28
Okay, we’ve given you a few relatively cheap options for products we think could be the best lipstick for dry lips. As true makeup lovers, we had to give you a more elite option, too. The lipstick color selection may not be as variable as Rimmel London’s, but honey, this lipstick is so worth it. The color is rich, lasts most of the day, and will feel absolutely wonderful on your lips.
